We are an online mental health practice specializing in trauma counseling.  we specialize in working with cumulative and complex trauma, including developmental trauma, attachment-related distress, chronic stress exposure, and relational micro-traumas. These experiences often contribute to symptoms such as excessive worry, hypervigilance, difficulty setting boundaries, low self-esteem, emotional overwhelm, and challenges with emotional regulation. Therapy focuses on helping clients understand how their nervous systems and protective patterns developed—and how to safely shift them.
