National Domestic Violence Hotline: The National Domestic Violence Hotline provides 24/7 counseling and support to victims of domestic violence and abuse at 1-800-799-SAFE (7233).

Veterans Crisis Line: The Veterans Crisis Line provides confidential help for veterans and their families at 1-800-988-8255, then press option 1 or text 838255.

 Acceptance and Commitment  Therapy (ACT)  is an approach related to CBT that helps people accept their thoughts and feelings while committing to goals aligned with their values. ACT can help treat a range of conditions, including anxiety, mood disorders, eating disorders, substance use disorders, and OCD.

Cognitive Behavioral therapy(CBT)  is an approach to therapy that helps people identify distorted, unhelpful thoughts that adversely affect emotions and behaviors. CBT is effective for a variety of conditions, including  Anxiety, depression, mood disorders, Eating Disorders, and Phobias.
